About the event:

A recent Harvard study showed that traditional diversity training programs of organizations have in fact increased gender gap in organizations as most training programs made men feel bad about themselves.

Added to this, a lot of women groups have wiped their hands-off men with the belief that the onus of achieving gender equality lies only with women! This approach can solve only 50% of the problem. Also, not all men are against having a gender equal workplace. The issue is just that they can’t figure out what they are supposed to do about it! This is an urgent problem and we need men and women to work hand in hand to achieve gender equality and thereby jump-start economies.
