Yet again our CEO, Vishwas Mudagal, received another great opportunity to share his turn-around story at the Bengaluru Tech Summit 2020 by Nasdaq. Donning many hats, he has always been fascinated with turning every failure into an opportunity and a mantra of success. He spoke about the life instances that inspired him to write his most-selling book – ‘Losing My Religion‘. When he was knocked down by obstacles, his ‘introspective’ disposition helped him sail through the storms to become the CEO of a Canadian MNC, overnight. He believes that if you look introspectively, miracles happen.
He said: “In your life, failures come to make you stronger, helping you put forward new ways to disrupt yourself. They make you think practically and drive you out of your comfort zone. It is crucial for each person to know how to turn failure into an opportunity and a mantra of success. So, next time you fail, don’t worry. All you have to do is congratulate yourself on your loss, learn from your mistakes and reboot!”
