Vishwas Mudagal, CEO & Co-Founder GoodWorks Spaces shared his views on the coworking segment in the Realty+ magazine this month. During the interaction, Vishwas summarised the post-pandemic commercial office segment as “Physical offices are here to stay. But the formats are going to be much smaller – it will be called Network of Offices.”
Under his guidance, GoodWorks has established itself as a leader in the coworking and managed office segment in India. GoodWorks also bagged the ‘Coworking Brand of the Year – South’ from Realty+ Summit and Awards 2021. Having an aggressive roadmap ahead in terms of expansions, GoodWorks Spaces aims to be at 1 million sqft of Grade A space in Bangalore alone, with 20,000+ seats.
